Project SI_330 Hillview Gardens
Now that all the necessary planning requirements have been satisfied for all of our proposed works on a terrace house in Hilliview Gardens, demolition has been completed and construction begun on our a redevelopment project for a Jewish client who is looking to substantially extend this small house to create a home for his family. The steel structure is in place and the builders who we have commissioned to complete the project have dug new foundations at the rear of the property.

Project SI_354 Earlshall Road
We have obtained a Full Plans approval for a single storey rear extension in Earlshall Road and can now look forward to beginning construction. The site had issues with a public sewer installed before 1930 which meant it was a primary concern when detailing and specifying the extension as care had to be taken not to alter or inhibit it in any way.

Project SI_380 Boundary Street
We have recently been appointed to redesign a contemporary house, built 8 years ago in the heart of Shoreditch, only a short walk from our office. The site is in a state of flux as large developments are rising up all around the small dwelling. The owner has asked us to respond to these changes and to reestablish the property’s personal and private nature. This project is an exciting opportunity for us to response to the new buildings that are currently limiting the natural light and privacy the home requires.
