Gloucester's Bed

For our project at Gloucester Terrace, which saw us produce a bespoke basin for our client also, we were tasked with designing a custom bed. As apposed to the bathroom, which had to reflect the aesthetic original design of the apartment and its front façade, the bedroom was to remain tranquil, with a clean, sharp use of lines as displayed on the bed. Addressing the original Victorian presence of the build and at the same time remaining minimal we show some, but very little, detail through connection points, which also give a clear indication as to how the bed is pieced together and therefore a symbol of minimalisms clarity.
